Paul Hesp has many years experience in delivering and managing training services. He's seen the good, the bad and the ugly. As PHMC, he brings together the best of all worlds, and creates bespoke, effective training programmes that hit the nail on the head.

The PHMC Training Menu

Well, there isn't one. This a recipe not a menu. There's no "standard" or "off the shelf" packages. Sorry, plenty of others do that, but if it's what you really want do call and I can signpost you to someone who'll oblige. PHMC training packages are exclusively bespoke, exclusively unique to you and your needs. Yes, there'll be plenty of common content that represents great practice in the chosen subject area, but the design and delivery is yours, and yours alone. Before any training is delivered, I'll visit to really get under the skin of what you need, and to tailor a package for your organisation, your team. I'll understand your needs, your aims, and know the starting point for the delegates. We'll make sure the training is needed, and that I deliver the right messages and skills  or knowledge, using the Kolb experiential learning model. There may be some pre-course work before delivery if we think that's appropriate. It might be a series of exercise-based training sessions, it might include some expertly-prepared and delivered visual aids. It might not. You won't see me reading out a series of PowerPoint or Keynote slides as though they were a script (yes, everyone's been there!). If you want that, I'm sorry. 

You'll have a training experience that's just right for you. Designed for your audience.

Quality

This is a great subject. How can you know the training you buy will be great quality? You can't, not 100%, but you can reduce the risks. Some customers have asked to see my materials before deciding. They miss the point, and I'll happily signpost them elsewhere. So here's my quality guarantee: If when the training has been delivered, or at any point along the way, you're not completely satisfied, I'll immediately stop and refund you. In full, no quibble. 

Why am I so confident? Because I take care to make sure it's properly specified, properly designed, and properly delivered. And I'll insist on you and your delegates giving considered, focused feedback, not only on their satisfaction with PHMC training, but on the impact it has. If you won't agree to that, please look elsewhere. This is an essential feature of my own professional development and quality assurance. I use the Kirkpatrick method of training evaluation, not just end of session "Happy Sheets". This means I'll take feedback at four levels: reaction, learning, behaviours, results. Because I take it seriously. So, you take your business seriously, I take my training seriously, so the results are very likely to be successful.
