Services are delivered personally by Paul, or through a small network of trusted associates who offer complementary skills and experience.

Paul Hesp has experience and expertise in leading and managing growth in small businesses. Paul also has many years practical, hands-on experience in coaching, training and advising owner-managers and management teams. His specialisms are leadership & management skills and growth coaching.


Paul had a successful management career in companies ranging from 10 staff up to a small PLC,operating in  in manufacturing, professional services and training sectors, Paul has direct hands-on experience in operational and strategic management, business planning, quality, recruitment & selection, performance management, business turnaround, marketing and sales.


PHMC provides coaching and consultancy,advice  for businesses in all sectors. In addition, Paul Hesp is also an accredited Assessor for the matrix Quality Standard for Information, Advice and Guidance.

Paul Hesp gained a 5-star quality rating on the East Midlands Approved Supplier Register and was a registered and approved provider with the government's former MAS (Manufacturing Advisory Service) and GrowthAccelerator Service. He is also a Registered Assessor for the  matrix Standard, Leadership & Management Framework  and Merlin Standard.


PHMC operates a quality management system and complies fully with all data protection, equal opportunity and employment legislation and applies good practice throughout. Professional standards are maintained and developed through an annual CPD programme using appropriate professional standards. Paul Hesp is a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (MInstLM), Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise & Entrepreneurs (FIoEE) and a SFEDI Approved and Registered Mentor.
